All of the heights are my personal interpretation - it is quite hard to do every mountain range justice with such a rough resolution, feel free to adapt your favourite country / mountains etc. I took a map with heights as my basis, split it to 96 x 192 studs and colored every one of them based on the height bucket that was most prominent.
